You don't have to be in New York to learn from the Master Pastry Chef and cake Designer Toba Garrett!

            AHA Philippines brought again most sought-after pastry master-instructor at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York and author of numerous books on pastry and cake design, Master Chef Toba  in Manila for a series of courses on Cake Decorating, Upscale Cupcakes, Creative Cookies and Christmas Designs from August 25-27, 2009 at AHA Philippines.
            With only limited slots, pastry enthusiasts were encouraged to attend this very rare opportunity to experience and learn techniques only from MASTER CHEF TOBA**!

She has won more than dozen interational gold and silver medals as well as countless diplomas and felicitations, including the trophy of Les Commandarie et Patissiers de la Province de Quebec and the 14-karat-gold-medal-of-honor from Le Societe Culinaire Philanthropique de New York-grand prize for pastry.
